Merry Christmas

A boy has been born for us; a child has been given to us
And his name shall be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, the Prince of Peace.
Once we were no people; Now we are God’s people.
Once we walked in darkness; Now we have seen a great light.
(Isaiah 9:2,6, 1 Peter 2:10)
For us a child has been born! How awesome is that! This excitement draws us in to a season of waiting – waiting to celebrate the hope, peace, joy and love of the Christ child. It also helps us enter in to a season of wonder and eager anticipation. As we live in this time of waiting, may you find stillness and joy in knowing that celebrating this season is a concrete way in which God’s joy becomes visible among us!
